i made this song because i am an artist i honestly feel like my creativity was ruined at some point due to other people making me feel like i should conform to their expectations. but being an artist should have to do with what the artist wants their expression to be, and i want to be able to reform the mindset i once had about my art that wasn't like over the top thinking im the best but not feeling like im worthless.. just trying to do what i want to. and i also hope more artists who feel like they are worthless because of what others have to say will understand the mindset that i have. ;w; and possibly consider it.

once upon a time i breathed in oxygen
and i felt so fine i never wanted to
open up my mind to any distant thing
every single time im loving everything

every art of mine was full of purity
i could never find an insecurity
i can see the sign i love everybody
theres nothing to hide when love is you and me

but thats when i did not know
much more things about this place
they took me to a state of mind where i cant see the light of day

and i could not feel a bit of me
the lovely self of purity
the creativity i once had
and every day oh i felt sad

i couldnt understand myself
i couldnt understand my world
thought i was nothing but my past
of big mistakes and empty swirls

but i promised to my heart ill never let this overtake me
i wont let this place erase me
i am more than what they say to me

i am beautiful
i am strong and
ill keep on trying to live as long as i can.
it doesnt matter what ive been through
because i have a plan
i am trying my hardest
because i am an artist.
